About ILACO
ILACO is one of the oldest consultancy and engineering firms in Suriname. The company started its operation in Suriname back in 1955. ILACO has a large international network of highly reputed consultants and companies and therefore can make use of the right experts and provide specific services and technical support. Our expertise includes environmental impact studies, water treatment, roads, regional and physical planning of development projects, project management, agricultural development, feasibility studies, technical assistance, engineering, survey, drafting, design and (construction) supervision, preparing tender documents, management consultancy, institutional strengthening and many more.
ILACO is one of the oldest members of the Association of Consulting Engineers in Suriname (ORIS, Orde van Raadgevende Ingenieurs in Suriname).
Our team consists of 21 staff members that vary from starting project engineers to highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable industry professionals that are passionate and dedicated to our clients.
