Job Description
As Project Leader, you will be responsible for supporting our specialists, senior project leaders, and project management team in environmental and technical projects. You will play an active role in project progress, quality control, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Support specialists and project leaders in the execution of environmental and technical projects.
• Assist in project management, supervision, tendering procedures, and project acquisition.
• Help prepare project proposals and offers.
• Monitor project progress according to the project plan.
• Attend work meetings and discussions and prepare reports.
• Analyze data and generate reports using specialized software.
• Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the project team and supervision teams.
• Ensure quality management and control.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your Profile: We are looking for a result-oriented, proactive, and independent professional with the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental management, environmental technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Projects, GIS programs; experience with design software is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and reporting skills.
• A proactive and assertive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• A flexible mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.
